Design and the construction of 135 apartments, RC frame on CFA foundation piles over 14 storey's consisting of mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The ground floor is predominantly commercial units with reception, concierge, residents lounge, plant rooms and bin stores. There is also a mixture of private and communal roof top garden areas overlooking the Northern Quarter. The external facade is in the main, brick construction alongside aluminium windows and curtain walling systems. The external hard landscaping will fit in with the planners future aspirations for Ancoats and the surrounding area.
