Bardsley Construction Wins Contract Worth Almost £1.5m to Design and Build Affordable Housing In Bootle, Liverpool 14 new homes being constructed for housing association Plus Dane Group
Bardsley Construction has been awarded a £1.47m contract to design and construct 14 affordable homes in Bootle, Liverpool.
Multi-award winning Bardsley was appointed by housing association Plus Dane Group to design and build the houses, gardens and an access road to the new development.
Work is due to start on site in June, and is due for completion in March 2015.
This latest contract for the provision of social housing follows Bardsley being appointed to provide 35 new homes in Croxteth, Liverpool for Cobalt Housing and 31 homes for Twin Valley Homes in Oldham and Blackburn.

Architects are Halsall Lloyd Partnership with Sutcliffes providing structural engineering work and Aecom acting as Employers Agents.
Plus Dane Group, based at Baltimore Buildings, Rodney Street, Liverpool, owns and manages more than 18,000 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire.
