Bardsey have been appointed priciple contractor for the £1,500,000 reconstruction of an existing public house. Works include; the façade retention of three external walls; demolition of the remainder of the existing building and the rebuilding to form a detached building comprising office and night shelter accommodation on three floors and storage provision to part of the existing basement areas. Work is expected to start August 2010 and be completed by April 2011.
