The construction of a new neighbourhood office on Oldham Road is due to open in Summer 2011.

The office will become the base for the Adactus Housing Association and will replace the current office on Varley Street.

The office will provide a welcoming and modern housing service for the people of Miles Platting, including a new reception area and meeting rooms for use by the community.

This development will also include new retail premises on the ground floor.

The construction of the office and the convenience store will take approximately 12 months to complete and we hope both will be open for business by Summer 2012.
