Bardsley Staff Praised for Professionalism.

Chapel Street, South Windle is a charming new development from Regendahomes (part of the Regenda Group).
Initial consultation revealed a strong desire for traditional style housing that fits into the community, and a prolonged period of planning sessions has resulted in a development that we are all proud of!
Mr Graham Bennett, Director of the South Windle Residents Group commented, "The houses look fabulous, with sash windows, stone detailing and decorative brickwork, yet they are also eco-friendly and suited to modern living."
The local residents were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Bardsley, a commitment ingrained throughout our dedicated workforce.
Mrs Jean Davis said "Builders can be a nightmare, but the workers on 'our' site have been stupendous! From putting out the bins, clearing my car of snow and even offering to shop for us when my 80 year old mother was ill, they have been polite, helpful, considerate, neat, quiet, hardworking, organised... I could carry on and on.
"No praise is too high and I recommend this company and its employees very highly. The experience of living next to a building site has been a very pleasant surprise indeed!"
All those involved with the creation of the tree lined refurbished streets in the area have been considerate and friendly - including the patient relocation of lighting when residents required it.
The development was designed by Liverpool architects Brock Carmichael, includes energy saving measures such as high levels of insulation in the walls, floors and roof, high-efficient gas-condensing boilers together with double glazed windows. Each property also benefits from solar panels and are built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standard.
