Chester & District Framework awarded to Bardsley.

Bardsley (amongst others) have been appointed to the CDHT Framework for projects worth £800k-£30m until July 2013 in relation to new build social/open market housing and mixed-use/community development projects. The Award Criteria was the most economically advantageous tenders incorporating the requirements of the tender specification. Bardsley scored 72% against the criteria of total cut off score 69%.
