Bardsley have undertaken 45 social housing projects over the last five years, with in excess of £165 million of capital spend, providing 1050 much needed properties. Our expertise covers new build, refurbishment, tenanted and untenanted properties. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with many housing associations and RSL's resulting in our recent successes in being selected for three major framework agreements with a combined total spend of nearly £1 billion to deliver social and supported housing for the next four years. Our ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and quality has been exemplary.
